PAY FOR A FULL SEASON: To RESERVE a spot for a full lake season (April 1st – October 1st), you must come into City Hall and pay the full 6 month amount $2,340 before April 1st and let the City Clerk know which spot you are paying for. You can pull your camper out to that spot on April 1st. If you want to renew your spot for the following year, you have until November 1st of the current year to come in and pay the full amount to retain the spot for the next camping season. Questions call 785-857-3764. ALL OTHER SPOTS THAT ARE NOT PAID IN FULL ANNUALS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE & SERVICE MUST BE PREPAID TO CAMP HOST OR CITY CLERK.

August 3rd - 7th is the last week the lake shack will be open during the week.

Starting August 8th, the lake shack will only be open weekends 12:00pm to 8:00pm until Labor Day weekend.

FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Cooler Air Arrives Today, Rain Returns Late Week, Weekend Turns Hot and Humid Again

A cold front moves through this morning, bringing a cooler, more comfortable stretch for the middle of the week. Rain chances return Wednesday night and continue into Thursday, with the potential for heavier rainfall increasing Thursday night. Heat and humidity then build back in for the weekend.
