We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician for our busy RV and Mobile Home Park.

The individual would be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of property buildings, grounds, and rental units. The position requires basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical, carpentry skills, painting, roofing, drywall and mudding, floor installation and repair, window/door installation and repair, grounds maintenance etc.

We are looking for a team player with a good work ethic… someone with strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and dependable.
