Welcome to Three Palms Villa - Orlando, Florida our beautiful and very spacious fully air conditioned 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa situated on The Shire at Westhaven, with it's own private south facing pool & spa, games room and a balcony off the master bedroom suite. Lovely open view onto lawns, not overlooked at all (see photos). Aprox 20 mins from Disney and 30 mins from Universal. The Shire at Westhaven is a lovely peaceful, gated community only minutes away from Championsgate for shops, restaurants and golf courses. Our villa has been recently refurbished and decorated inside and outside, new furniture, new carpets, bedding, towels etc. Use of clubhouse with gym, tennis court and large communal swimming pool also included. https://www.vr360homes.com/p5935.html Review: Can’t wait to go back. This was our 4th holiday to Orlando and our first to Westhaven. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during our Orlando holiday.

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and we immediately felt at home.

One of our favourite features was the pool area. It wasn’t overlooked at all, giving us complete privacy, and it enjoyed sunshine all day long, which made it the perfect place to relax after busy days at the parks. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and outdoor space—it really was one of the highlights of our holiday. The kids preferred a pool day at the villa rather than a day at the Parks!

The location was excellent, with easy access to the Disney and Universal parks, supermarkets, shops, and a great choice of restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Orlando.

Communication throughout was excellent, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in their villa. Every detail had been thought of, making our stay completely stress-free.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and private place to stay in Orlando. Thank you for helping make our holiday so memorable—we can’t wait to return!
