nder where all the Pagan art coloring and activity books are for YOUR child? Why aren't there more things, advice or teaching aids, for Pagan or Asatru parents or singles? Where are the SAFE online programs for Folk to participate in and learn, that aren't going to steal your credit card info or sell your email address?

I hate to ask your help, but we are running on empty here. Landlord removed us from the apartment bc of mold removal ,.but. we still have to pay the rent and utilities - plus paying to move as well as plus a hotel for 2+ weeks.

If you have ever wondered how June weddings got so popular, Beltane is the reason.The celebration is centered on s*x and fertility, and the month of May belonged to the Goddess, honoring her, to ensure there'd be enough babies born that year.
After families were able to recognize the successful beginning of the agricultural season, they could turn their attention to more pleasant pursuits, so naturally they got together...this a bit more literally. ;)
If a pregnancy occurred at Beltane, the couple could be Handfasted in June.
As most handfastings were done as a result of a pregnancy, and they were traditionally only for a year and a day. Infant mortality being what it was, and the people being pragmatic, if the pregnancy wasn't successful, or the baby died, both partners could have the chance to try again the following year.
