CHC Vacation Rentals, located in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking Housekeepers to join our team. We own & manage 70+ short term rentals in the Downtown Charleston, SC area. Our units range from 1-4 bedrooms. A knowledge of hotel/vacation rental cleaning is required. Recipient of this position must have a willingness to go above and beyond to serve the needs of our guests.
Job Description:
Clean Short Term Rentals with high attention to detail and to the Company's cleaning standards (a cleaning checklist is provided)
Must be reliable and ready to work!
Remove dirty linens and trash
Replace guest amenities and supplies
Complete deep cleaning assignment as assigned by management
Must have the ability to communicate efficiently with Management and Guest Relations Associates
Must have reliable transportation
Must be an individual who is a team player and able to show initiative
Availability: Part time - Schedule is sent in 1-2 week periods. Sunday availability is a must!! Pay is $20/hr Monday-Saturday & $25/hr on Sundays.
Physical Job Requirements: Must have the physical ability to stand and or walk continuously, carry up to 30-40 pounds of weight on flat surfaces and well as up and down stairs.
