🎉 We are excited to announce the addition of Executive Pastry Chef Perla Anguiano to Circa 1886 Restaurant.

Perla brings more than a decade of pastry experience to Circa 1886, most recently serving as Executive Pastry Chef of Restaurants at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu’s Baking & Pastry Arts program in San Francisco, her pastry style blends classical French technique with seasonal ingredients and influences from her Hispanic heritage.

Working alongside Executive Chef Marc Collins, Perla will bring her creativity and thoughtful approach to the Circa 1886 pastry program, crafting desserts designed to be a memorable part of the dining experience.
