Timeline- 6 years ago when I first laid eyes on IT. IT scared OFF 3 diff sets of buyers before we came along and bought our current house, no one wanted to look at IT for their back yard. IT was not fun to look at in my backyard or on the walks with the kids but I know I would own IT one day and I would give IT the death it desperately craved. Today was that day 567, days after I purchased IT, she did not go quietly to say the least, but I am thankful for IT. If IT wasn’t IT I would not have got our current home at such a good price nor would I be able to afford IT. However, IT will be a PHOENIX and rise from the ashes stronger and better than before. The lesson I hope you take from this is just because someone or something is an IT doesn’t mean you can’t help IT become a PHOENIX. Follow along with us as we build our custom home. .wright.
