Serenity Tree Yoga Schedule: This Week 🌊 ☀️🧘‍♀️

Who’s ready for some movement by the ocean? Every class is an opportunity to move, breathe, and connect—with yourself, with nature, and with this amazing community. 💙

This is community-based with a suggested $10 minimum contribution to support our amazing teachers. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary. All you need is a beach towel or mat, water, and a friend.

Our schedule is going to look a little different this week due to the weather and winds— here are some things to note:
- No class on Tuesday
- Wednesday’s morning class will be at Sunrise Park (Melton Peter Demetre)
- Wednesday’s FB Sunset class will be at Sunrise Park (Melton Peter Demetre)
- Wednesday’s Sunset at Breach Inlet will be at Mount Pleasant Memorial Park
- Thursday and Sunday’s weather looks great!

We’re also hoping to host Full Moon Yoga this weekend 🌕 We’re waiting a little closer to the date before officially posting due to weather, but it will most likely be Friday or Saturday. Stay tuned!

Blue Moon Insight ✨
A Blue Moon is rare, which is part of what makes it meaningful. This week is an invitation to slow down, clear away some of the noise, and reconnect with what feels true and important to you.

Sometimes growth isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to yourself.

Park along Ashley or 13th (all tires off pavement please). Beach access is a small path through the woods.

Located at Patriot’s Point behind the red roof building on the beach.
Parking is validated + pool bar/snacks/drinks after class 🍹

Park in the small lot across from The Boathouse and take the beach walkway over.

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we’re holding deep gratitude for the brave service members who have sacrificed so much for our country and freedom. 🇺🇸❤️

We’re also feeling incredibly thankful for this beautiful community and the chance to gather together on the beach to breathe, move, connect, and slow down together.

A quick reminder that traffic is expected to start backing up early tomorrow, especially heading to Folly Beach. Please leave extra time getting to class and park mindfully. 🌊

We can’t wait to move with you tomorrow morning.
