This week’s yoga schedule ☀️🧘‍♀️Looking forward to another great week ahead!

Things to note this week:
• All sunset classes except for Hampton Park will now be at 6:30pm. Hampton Park sunset session will remain at 7pm.
• No Wednesday 9:30am Folly Beach class class this week!
• Glow yoga is back and will be on Thursday!! Cost $15
• Wednesday’s Breach Inlet sunset class will be at Mount Pleasant Memorial Park this week.

August Recap🩵🧘‍♀️🌊🌞

What a fun month! Lots of wacky weather, plenty of dolphin sightings, celebrations, new faces, familiar faces, and plenty of really great mornings and evenings together.

This week’s yoga schedule 🧘‍♀️☀️

See you outside! 🩵If you haven’t made it out to a class this year but have been wanting to now is the time! We typically stop our regular weekly classes around the end of November. Come see us before the season ends ✌️💙🧘‍♀️

Things to note this week:
• This is the last week that sunset classes will be at 7pm — Most of our sunset classes will move up to 6:30pm starting September 7th
• No Wednesday 9:30am Folly Beach class class this week

We love keeping our community classes accessible, but please remember they are not free. We ask everyone who attends to contribute what they can, with a suggested minimum of $10 per person. Your contributions allow us to compensate our teachers and keep these community classes going.

• Lillian’s is offering our Hampton Park classes a really sweet deal. Swing by after class, and you can get a Green Salad, Veggie Bowl w Carolina Rice, Corn Broth, and Dalai Sofia Kombucha for only $20. Just tell them you took class with us to receive the special!
