Big shoutout to one of our amazing residents 👏✨

This month, our TOP referral bonus program earner goes to Emily Kim, American Airlines flight attendant 🛫💙

Emily brought in the most new crew members to our Charlotte Crashpads community. The rooms are full, the energy is right, and the sense of community we’ve built is exactly what we hoped for.

To be totally transparent — when we sent out a collective total of $875 in referral bonuses this month, I had a quick moment of “oh man…” 😅

But then I thought about it… There’s no way we would have filled the homes this quickly or built the kind of true community we have now … without YOU guys spreading the word.

When we opened our first crashpad years ago, bunk beds were the norm. But a lot of crew told us the same thing:

“I just want a little privacy… but I can’t justify paying for a full private room.”

So Nick (who works for American Airlines) decided to build something different.

These custom privacy pods were designed specifically for crew who want their own sleep space without climbing a bunk ladder or paying private room prices.

Each pod has:
• Blackout privacy curtain
• Comfortable mattress
• Personal storage
• Quiet crew-only home
• 5 minutes from CLT

No hot-bedding. No overcrowded rooms.

✈️ From Vision to Community

We’re proud to introduce FOUR BRAND NEW homes to The Hangars at Aurora Meadows townhome community.

This expansion means over 85 airline professionals now call this particular community their home away from home.

We’ve always had a vision —
to build an actual airline community. Not random crashpads scattered around the area, but a place where crew could truly be together.

This past October, that vision started to come to life when we opened four homes in one community and poured everything into getting it right — house culture, amenities, crew-specific needs, custom-built privacy pods, and rooftop decks designed for connection.

What means the most to us?

These newest homes are almost fully booked before professional photos were even completed — because of word of mouth.

That doesn’t happen without incredible guests who believe in the same vision of community.

We’re grateful.

We’re keeping our promise to grow — and we’re not stopping here.
