After much consideration, we decided we are not meant for the suburbs and have since purchased a new spot right in Charlotte near all the action.

While this won’t be a downsize of space, it will be with the yard which is what we wanted.

👩 Agent: sold our house on the first day - Yay!
🚌 Movers: were in a good mood after moving for two hours in the heat: Friendly, prompt and got the job done fast
🎨 Staging: staged the old house and offer a cool service where they will “restage” your new house with your items. Our place was set up in one day! Yes one day!
📦 Packing boxes: delivers and picks up reusable, plastic bins so you don’t need any cardboard
