Embassy Suites Convention Center, Washington, DC

Checked In first corner suite and the bathroom was not fully clean.
Moved to another corner suite and there was a very bad smell in the suite. The hotel representative asked me to leave the suite while they used an oxidizer to remove the smell.
Returning to my suite 5 hours later and the same smell was still in the suite.
Contacted the front desk and waited 30 minutes for the manager that never showed up. So I decided to go down to get another suite. I was moved to a room (not suite) much smaller and without that terrible smell.
After my 2nd move, I asked the hotel representative to order me a taxi and that didn't happen and so I walked until a taxi pulled over to give me a ride to my destination.
What do you think they did for my inconvenience?
