EARLY PREVIEW OF APEXHAUS MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

Many of you have asked what will be included in the ApexHaus Club Membership packages for ApexKey holders.
Thank you, guys, for your questions..

Here is a short overview of the packages.

You will be able to see the full membership packages on May 27 at 12:00 PM ET, but for now we would like to briefly introduce our packages. In total, ApexHaus Club will have 5 different membership packages.

We do not want anyone to feel like they are choosing blindly, so here is a clear early preview before the full launch page becomes available during our membership launch.

ApexHaus Membership is built around one main value..
A lifetime booking advantage at ApexHaus locations.
The higher the membership level, the stronger the long-term value, discount, access position, and member priority.

SILVER MEMBERSHIP
Silver is the entry-level ApexHaus membership.
It includes a 25% lifetime booking discount and gives members access to ApexHaus member pricing.

Silver is a good starting option, but it is the most basic membership level.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP
Gold is a stronger basic option.
It includes a 35% lifetime booking discount and slightly longer booking dates. This provides better value for members who plan to use ApexHaus more than once.

For many members, Gold will make more sense than Silver because the lifetime savings become stronger over time.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP
Platinum is a strong core membership package.
It includes a 50% lifetime booking discount and is created for members, but most importantly for those who want a higher booking advantage available within the main membership structure.
If you believe you will use ApexHaus with family, friends, business partners, or private groups, Platinum is likely the best long-term value.

This is the package we expect many serious members to choose because the difference is not only in the membership level - it is in the lifetime savings on future bookings.

FOUNDERS RESERVE
Founders Reserve is created for early supporters who want more than a standard membership.

This is an absolutely unique level that includes not only a 50% lifetime discount, but also many unique privileges, from booking advantages to concierge support.

This level is created for members who want to have a founder-level position inside ApexHaus from the very beginning.
Founders Reserve will include the strongest member position - a truly unique position.

Each of these members will have a nameplate at our locations and a special level of concierge service.

It will also include elevated access advantages, priority consideration, and a more limited number of spots compared to the standard membership packages.

This package is not created for everyone. It is created for members who want to be part of the early foundation of ApexHaus and receive a higher member status as the project expands.

APEX SIGNATURE
Apex Signature is our most exclusive membership level. There are only 10 of them.
This package will not be sold through a standard public checkout.

It is available only by request because it may include individually structured benefits, a specially built Italian kart made specifically for the member, a mechanic-engineer, private coordination, custom experience options depending on the member’s needs, and already paid booking nights.
This is an absolutely… unique experience and level of quality.

Apex Signature will be handled separately through a direct request to the ApexHaus team.

It is also very important, and we want to remind you:
Your ApexKey will be credited toward the membership package you choose.
Most importantly, any membership package you purchase will also be credited toward your first rental. This gives you the opportunity to fully offset the cost of your membership.

This is a unique, one-time launch with our partner LaunchBoom, and this offer will never be available again.

ApexHaus Membership is not real estate ownership and is not an investment product.

This means your membership works across all locations, regardless of where it was purchased.
In simple words, you do not need to buy a separate membership for each location.

Any membership works across all ApexHaus locations.

APEXHAUS MEMBERSHIP LAUNCH

Hey guys, good afternoon. This is Alex.

I want to share an exciting update with all ApexKey holders.

We are planning to launch our ApexHaus membership sale on Friday, May 29, at 12:00 PM ET.

But before this public date, as we promised, ApexKey holders will receive private early access to purchase membership 48 hours before the public launch.

Your early access window will open on WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, at 12:00 PM ET.

At that time, we will send you the private access link by email, publish it in the ApexKey holders group, and also share updates on Facebook and Instagram.
We will also send several reminders before the public launch - 48 hours, 36 hours, 24 hours, 12 hours, and 6 hours before - so that every ApexKey holder has enough time to learn more about the project, understand the membership options, and choose the level that fits best.

You will receive access to the main ApexHaus launch page, where you can learn more about the project, as well as a separate checkout page where ApexKey holders will be able to purchase their membership.

I also ask all of you, all of our VIPs, to check your email. It is possible that for some of you, our emails are going into the Promotions folder. If this happens, please move emails from ApexHaus to Primary, so you do not miss important updates and the early access link.

When we were just beginning to form our club system, we considered Indiegogo as a possible tool for selling our memberships.

But after a deeper analysis and after receiving feedback from you, many ApexKey holders, we decided that Indiegogo is not the right option for ApexHaus.

Indiegogo is primarily a crowdfunding marketplace platform. This structure creates a certain purchase format, certain platform conditions, and a type of public campaign that does not fully match what ApexHaus Club is.

ApexHaus is not a crowdfunding project.

We are not selling ownership, investment returns, or a public fundraising opportunity. ApexHaus Club is a private membership-based club experience, built around a real property, a private driving concept, and long-term access benefits for our members.

Many of you told us that you would like to see a cleaner and more direct process -one where the focus is on the club, membership, benefits, and the real vision of ApexHaus, without unnecessary marketplace confusion and conditions.

We heard you…

That is why we made the decision to launch directly together with our global launch partner, LaunchBoom.

For us, trust comes first. We want this launch to feel clear, direct, and aligned with what ApexHaus truly is.

The project itself continues to move forward according to our current plan.

Right now, we are working on the land part of the project, site preparation, engineering, and utility coordination. Our current goal is to begin utility and infrastructure work in the second half of June and in July, after which foundation work and the beginning of vertical construction will follow in the summer, subject to final coordination, weather, inspections, and permits.
When construction begins, we will share more frequent updates with you - photos, videos, progress reports, and behind-the-scenes details from the site.

I’ll be honest: social media is not my strongest side. I am more of a realist than a blogger 🤣

But this project became public because of you, and we truly value the people who joined at the early stage, supported the idea, asked real questions, and helped shape the direction of ApexHaus.

Many of you are already not just ApexKey holders - you have become part of the early ApexHaus community. Many have become friends and even partners.

At ApexHaus, material selection is guided by the architectural language of the project. Finishes are chosen for their texture, durability, and spatial coherence, with each surface supporting the overall character, atmosphere, and intent of the design. The palette is developed as a unified system, so every element remains consistent with the concept of the project 🏎️

For ApexHaus, we didn’t want every kart to feel aggressive or difficult to drive.
The Tony Kart Viper is the one that makes sense for almost everyone - especially if you’re new to karting. It feels simple, stable, and easy to control, but still gives you that real track feeling.
That’s why we like it.
You don’t need to be a racer to enjoy ApexHaus. You just need to get in, feel comfortable, and have fun.

Daytona 24 Hours - an unforgettable weekend

Spent a few incredible days at the Daytona 24 this past weekend, and as always, it’s one of my favorite races of the year. I have a lot of friends across different teams, and supporting them every year is a big part of the experience. 🏎️💨

This year was truly special. For the first time ever, I experienced such thick fog on track. Knowing the speeds these cars carry and how close they run to each other, it was both terrifying and breathtaking at the same time.

The fog led to an unprecedented 6 hours, 33+ minutes, behind the safety car, marking the longest continuous full-course caution in Rolex 24 history. During this time, the cars were essentially “parading” at reduced speed, and even the safety car itself - an IMSA Manthey Porsche 911 GT3 - had to make a pit stop for fuel, highlighting just how long the neutralization lasted.

Watching the courage and focus of the drivers in these conditions was nothing short of impressive. It was an amazing experience for everyone involved. Huge thanks to all the teams and drivers! 💪
