Whitecaps Cottage Whitecaps Cottage is a Lake Superior vacation rental located on the eastern shore of the Keweenaw. Two bedrooms, and a full bath complete the interior.

The cottage offers a large open living area with a full kitchen and dining nook.

We have had Whitecaps for 19 years. I was showing a friend the cottage’s humble beginnings today. Here are a few pictures of what it looked like when we bought the property. The contractor was almost done and they discovered the floors were destroyed by carpenter ants. We added the lakeside bedroom amd a bathroom.
