Pilgrim Village - Chatham

Pilgrim Village - Chatham Pilgrim Village is a 3rd generation family owned and operated cottage colony located on White Pond. Cottages are rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

Cottages are 1-4 bedroom with full kitchen, living room with dining area, bathroom, and screened porch. Enjoy a private beach on a 40 acrea fresh water pond, previously the town resevoir. Local restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Downtown Chatham is 1 mile away and Hardings Beach is 1.5 miles.

The Chatham Jam & Jelly Shop has been our treasured neighbor for many many years and we are sad to see this chapter close. However, we are excited for what lies ahead for the Cummings Family. Our guests have enjoyed your homemade jams and jellies for decades and you will be greatly missed.

Last spring we dug up this entire garden. We cleared out some of the invasive plants and replanted the lilies and irises. We were worried how they would handle the “move”. Looking at over 50 bids this morning, I would say they did just fine 😊😊😊.
