Hello Community of Chatsworth! We understand there is some confusion and anger of where you cannot reserve a room with us. One of the reasons behind this is to help decrease the spread of the virus from out of state. We are also not allowing pets right now as pets are able to contract the virus. Visitors are not allowed unless it is for an urgent or important reason. Office will be locked but you can still talk to a staff member through the night window to help keep YOU and the staff safe. Recently there have been more construction companies entering Chatsworth and these companies need rooms at the last moment for extra workers. Not only this but there have been power outages recently for residents of Chatsworth and nearby. We want to allow these people to be able to rent a room and not have to face with someone who reserved a room and ends up being a no-show or someone coming really late. We understand all the confusion and anger this creates but please understand these are for the current situations and circumstances and as a business we must take some sort of action. We understand not everyone will be happy with our decisions and choices but this is the actions we must take for us to get past this Global Pandemic. We hope that this clears confusion.
