Turn-Key is a local full-service apartment turning business. Serving the Tri-state area, we do everything from start to finish to get your apartments ready for leasing. Whether it’s the maintenance turn-punch (changing locks, replacing blinds, bulbs, filters, etc), or painting, cleaning, and carpet care… we can do it all.
We are also an Apartment Solutions company that has the tools and experience to do almost anything related to keeping your property running in tip-top shape. Such as: Dryer Vent Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Door & Lock Changing, Pressure Cleaning, HVAC Coil Cleaning, Light Plumbing, Blinds Installation, Water-Heater Repair/Replace. We can even do work orders if need be.
