Another milestone to celebrate: the official groundbreaking of Tempo Pensacola by Hilton took place in the heart of downtown Pensacola.

3H Group is proud to be part of this partnership with LBA Hospitality and Tempo by Hilton, alongside the City of Pensacola - Government, Grace Construction, Lindsay Pope Brayfield & Associates, Inc., Pinnacle Financial Partners and Mayor D.C. Reeves, bringing this project to life along Palafox Street. The 182-room hotel is expected to open in 2028, adding new energy and investment to a growing downtown.

Congratulations to everyone involved in getting this project off the ground.

One year ago, we opened the doors to our very first LivSmart Studios hotel in Tullahoma, TN. As the developer behind this property, we couldn't be more thrilled with what's been built since then, from key milestones to lessons learned to real momentum for the future.

None of it would've been possible without the talent, passion, and innovative spirit of the teams driving this brand forward.
