One year ago, we opened the doors to our very first LivSmart Studios hotel in Tullahoma, TN. As the developer behind this property, we couldn't be more thrilled with what's been built since then, from key milestones to lessons learned to real momentum for the future.

None of it would've been possible without the talent, passion, and innovative spirit of the teams driving this brand forward.

Here's to an even bigger year ahead!

Chattanooga has always been more than a market for us. It's home.

We're grateful for this feature on 3H Group's journey and our CEO, Hiren Desai. From the city's first waterfront hotel in 2012 to Caption by Hyatt Chattanooga Downtown, each milestone shows the city's momentum and the people behind it, including our partners at LBA Hospitality.

With new developments ahead, our commitment to Chattanooga remains unchanged. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this story.

Hiren Desai can see most of Southside Chattanooga from the rooftop of his group's newest local hotel, the Caption by Hyatt on Main Street, and he sees a fundamentally different city than the one he moved to in 1987 for college.
