Did you know Wauhatchie Woodlands used to be a mobile home park?

Nicole’s dad owned and operated the Lookout Mountain Mobile Home Park. In 2010, Nicole and Frank moved near the property into what they call “The May House.”

Through trials, hardship, and redemption, they eventually purchased the park and began transforming it into the tiny cabin resort we know today—creating a place for families to get away, spend time together, and enjoy the outdoors.

And that’s leaving out A LOT of details…

Follow along to hear more of their story and how their dream of Wauhatchie Woodlands came to be. 🤎

Fall in Chattanooga is better from a cabin in the woods 🍂

Wauhatchie Woodlands sits at the base of Lookout Mountain, just minutes from downtown Chattanooga, with tiny cabins and larger homes surrounded by wooded trails. Every cabin comes with a private hot tub, plus fire pits, covered porches, pickleball, a playground, and Sprout General Store right on property for coffee, snacks, and more.

Spend the day exploring Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, or downtown Chattanooga, then come back to the woods for a hot tub and a fire under the trees.
