News from The Lookout

Vineyard Pool Update

With COVID seemingly on the rise, we have decided to not put up the pool dome this year to avoid creating a humid and steam filled indoor environment.

As we begin to experience freezing temperatures on a regular basis, it has become apparent that keeping the lower pool heated to a swimmable temperatures, 7 days a week while uncovered is not feasible.
Our initial approach will be to heat the pool to the best of our ability for the following time frames.
• Thanksgiving Weekend
o Wednesday 11/25 - Sunday 11/29

• Christmas thru New Years
o Wednesday 12/23 – Sunday 1/3

• Winterfest Weekend (Unless Cancelled)
o Thursday 1/14 – Sunday 1/17

• Presidents Day Weekend
o Friday 2/12 – Monday 2/15

We will have appropriate signage and displays to ensure homeowners and guests will be aware that the pool is not heated at all other times. Updates to our website and appropriate communication with our rental guests will also take pace. The spas will remain open with extended hours until 10pm.

Chelan is slowly opening up again. Social distancing is still in play, but the pools are opening up at the Lookout for guests' enjoyment. The lower pool also has a splash pad going - great way to cool off quickly.
