Just minutes walking distance to downtown yet far enough away for privacy. 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryers. Outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub right by the water. A Recreational Department with equipment available for check out at no cost to our owners or guests. Kayaks, paddle boat, canoes and now stand up paddle boards coming this June. We also have bikes,

games, ping pong and equipment to enjoy the volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. Electric BBQs on each deck but also 3 larger propane BBQs at the clubhouse for larger group cookouts. Moorage available for your boat on either the docks, buoys or bulkhead.

4 - 7 night minimums during the summer season
Holiday rates vary as well. Max occupancy is dependent on unit and is strictly enforced. A perfect place for your next family gathering.

The Chelan County Sheriff's Office has issued a Level 1 Fire Advisory for the North Shore of Lake Chelan between Canoe Creek and Meadow Creek. The Rex Creek area is under a Level 3 Evacuation. The Lakeshore Trail is unusable between Prince Creek and Meadow Creek. Do not attempt to hike in this area due to fire danger. This area is remote and only accessible by boat. It is approximately 31 miles up lake from Chelan.
