Something new inside the rooms at Antlers Inn…

We recently refreshed the artwork in our guest rooms with beautiful canvas prints from local photographer Jake Edwards, known online as Scenescapery. His photography captures some of the most iconic scenes in our area — from Mount Lassen and Lake Almanor to the historic Olsen Barn and incredible local wildlife.

One of our favorites is a stunning photo of a majestic buck… which seemed especially fitting for Antlers Inn. 🦌

Our goal is for guests to feel connected to the beauty of the Lake Almanor Basin the moment they walk into their room. Jake’s work brings the landscapes, wildlife, and character of this region right onto the walls.

Next time you stay with us, take a moment to look around the room — you may recognize some of your favorite local places.

Monday 9am, we will be serving Biscuits n Gravy, Muffins, Scones, and Cake donuts. In house everyday coffee roasted by “Mean Bean Brew” will be fresh brewed from 8am till close.

Our amazing town highlighted by this travel site, they even gave Antlers Inn a mention.

The tiny California town of Chester offers oversized amenities, as it's close to the sprawling Lake Almanor and the epic camping and fishing that comes with it.

Jake is an amazing local photographer. We purchased one of his beautiful calendars and so we can enjoy his stunning work all year.

Hey everyone! wanted share again that my 2026 calendar is now available for order in 3 different sizes, in case you missed my first announcement.

I have had multiple people reach out regarding the shipping cost; this is something I have no control over. If I ordered physical copies myself to send out instead of dropshipping, I would have to factor in that cost anyway. The question I will pose is: is it worth sacrificing the cost of a cup of coffee (shipping cost) to support a local artist who works tirelessly to provide images of the beauty of NorCal to share with you throughout the year? You decide. Regardless, I am beyond grateful for the endless support. Thanks to all who have/will order a calendar 🙏🏼
