Join Chef Becky Corey of the Fernbrook CSA Market for a hands-on focaccia making class at The Inn at Fernbrook Farms. Guests will mix and bake Italian focaccia before gathering for a relaxed family-style pasta dinner for the evening class.

This weekend at in Ashokan, NY, I rediscovered the quiet magic of really seeing plants — the curve of a vein in the leaf, the subtle hues of color hidden in the plant's stem and twig.

We are bringing that inspiration home to Fernbrook Farms for our upcoming Botanical Drawing Workshop, where we’ll study and draw leaves and our farm's root vegetables with colored pencil and watercolor — slow, simple, and connected to the subject. Our Draw Botanical instructor will guide us through the details and techniques! This is open to all level artists!
