You would think seeing these grounds every day means I’d stop pulling out my phone for pictures. Nope! 🤷‍♂️📸
I constantly pause to snap photos of the gardens. The beauty here never gets old. My camera roll looks like I’m a tourist visiting Brampton 1860 for the very first time! 🌸🌿
Of course, the flowers aren’t the only stars of the show. If you look closely at the greenery, you’ll usually spot Squeaky and Klondike. Our resident cats are always wandering the grounds and are permanently available for a photoshoot. They definitely know how to work the camera! 🐱✨
Come see the views (and the cats) for yourself. I promise you won’t resist taking a few million photos either.

October’s Grape Expectations is getting a little extra love this year. After some unforeseen scheduling hiccups, (truth be told we are traveling to test out some new wines😉 )our September dinner has officially 
moved to October 15 — and honestly, the menu might be even better for it.

We’ve been back in the kitchen, tasting, tweaking, and pairing… and let’s just say the wines are singing and the dishes are right there with them. Cozy fall flavors, beautiful pours, and that long-table magic we all look forward to.

Late August at Brampton has its own kind of magic.

The gardens are maturing, the evenings come a little earlier, and there’s that first tiny hint that summer is beginning to loosen its grip. Today was a perfect example of that - a little cooler...  It’s still porch season, still garden-wandering season, still “let’s pour a glass of wine and not rush dinner” season.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to slip away before summer fully turns the page… this is it.
