Something one never wants to see or experience on vacation. As some of you know, there was a medical response last night inside the resort. Its with deep sadness, one of our guests passed away. Our prayers go out to the family and friends, may you Rest In Peace sir. Life is short and anything can happen at any time. Just take a day at a time and enjoy everything about it, even during the tough times. Again, we send prayers to the family and friends, he will be missed and forever in our hearts here at the Hitts Wildwood Resort Family.
We want to thank Chetek Fire and Rescue, Chetek Area Ambulance Service, Mayo Clinic EMS, Barron County Sheriff's Department, and all their support staff for their quick response and all their efforts to the call.

Pool Update 🏊‍♀️

We wanted to give everyone a quick update on the pool! Our pool heater is currently out of service, and unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA on the parts needed to get it back up and running.

The good news is the pool is still open, fun, and completely usable — it just won’t be heated for the time being! 💦☀️

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding! ❤️

UPDATE

The pool heater will unfortunately be out for the rest of the season, the pool however will will be open and ready to be enjoyed by all! Thank you for being patient with us and we try to get this fixed!
