Looking for junk removal contractor to remove 4 big tyres and clear yard left by previous management.
Also contractor to remove items from wall, plaster and repaint, remove plastic wrapper on bathroom wall and re-do toilet bowl base.
Install new carpet about 169 sq ft in bedroom..
Remove and replace door locks
Must be able to provide official receipt for civil claim
