It’s a cheat sheet to mediate for elusive memory and a quick reference guide for any cleaners or contractors we send to the property.

The more questions you’re asked by prospective tenants or contractors, the more you notate in your final walkthrough before go-live. Some simple things we always include are:
- Location of internet modem
- Dimensions of furnace filter
- Brands/models of appliances
- Orientation of major furniture
