A couple weeks ago, one of the very best concierges in the country and a member of CHCA; Briana Davis-Greer, performed at a Holiday Showcase on the Northside of Chicago.

Her angelic, yet powerful voice continues to spread the holiday spirit. You can catch her performing throughout the Milwaukee area all year round. A true talent doesn't have just one talent.

We would like to congratulate our very own, Casey Frankel for being awarded the GUEST SERVICE STAR OF THE INDUSTRY AWARD at the 2025 IHLA Stars of the Industry awards ceremony.

Casey proudly serves as the Chef Concierge at the Park Hyatt Chicago and was just nominated CHCA's new corresponding Secretary for the next term.
