Yesterday, The Grateful Dead announced their final concert at Soldier Field on July 3-5th with surviving members Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Phil Lesh and Bob Weir. With over 50 inquiries in two hours, all apartments were automatically booked... I couldn't even save one for myself! :(
We still have one unit available for Lollapalooza and the Chicago Marathon.

In keeping with the Eurasian theme, we went bold with a new bright red leather sofa sleeper for our garden unit. This winter, we begin to reinvent our 2nd floor to an ultra modern decor in white and lilac. Original artwork and marble flooring has already been purchased

Once every 120 years, we replace the front windows of Villa Verdone... just in time for winter. They're beautiful. Next week we start taking monthly reservations for December to late April.

Another snow front hits Chicago, yet all restaurants around the corner on Rush Street are packed every night. Nothing stops the locals from enjoying our Gold Coast neighborhood in downtown Chicago.
Much of May, June and July already booked, travel up 18%.

Wow... Chicago residents are a hardy bunch with over 100 of the brave participating in the annual Polar Plunge last week down the street at Lake Michigan. I'm amazed at the Lake's snow level after over 14" of snow, ending one of the dryest winter's on record.

Bookings are way up this year with only two openings for Lolapalooza for August and one last apartment for the Chicago Marathon in October. With solid weekend bookings, we continue to lower rates for Sunday to Thursday nights. Please keep in touch and we hope to host you again soon.
