Housed in a Tuscan-style villa that dates to 1897, this ritzy B&B with a winding staircases is located in trendy Lincoln Park, a 5-minute walk to DePaul University and 8 minutes to the nearest El train station. Our Story

Set on a secluded tree-covered property in heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park boutique shopping district. This luxurious, historic, landmark was designed by Renowned Architect firm Burns and Beyerl, who in 2008, received the coveted National Preservation Excellence Award. In 2009, the Villa received its Bed and Breakfast license by the City of Chicago to operate as a luxury Guest house. A stunning European inspired total renovation of this classic greystone makes it something that simply cannot be missed.
