The best decision we’ve ever made as a business, was to leave third party delivery platforms over a year ago. The incredible bike messengers from now make all of deliveries. They are fast, efficient, courteous, and fearless. Order now and tip your bikers!

This place is so great!!

Today marks our 5th Year Anniversary! In the five years of serving Chicago, Lakeview and Roscoe Village Neighborhoods we have built some incredible relationships with you and our Community. We cherish every one of the stories and moments that we have shared together and THANK YOU for your continued support over the years.

To celebrate, Bitter Pops will have some fun and exciting activities and items for you this week! Stay tuned as we announce our plans throughout the weekend.

We look forward to continuing to serve you for years to come and we are eager to fully open our new space to reconnect with you through our shared experiences once again.

Mauricio Parra, owner of Cafe El Tapatio and Churro Parlor, apprenticed with a churro vendor in Guadalajara, Mexico to bring the best tasting churros he has ever had to Churro Parlor, now open in Lakeview. Chicago’s coming back people! The PSGH is temporarily overrun with homeschoolers - return guests in good standing are welcome to reach out if there are summer dates you’d like to reserve. There is limited but some availability. We can’t wait for the future!

Begyle is the coolest brewery and a nice walk/divvy/train away from the PSGH. And now their beer is at Wrigley! Grab one of our growlers (we leave some on the kitchen for guests to use!), head up to the brewery and fill it with some local yum.

Opening day is right around the corner and we’re excited to announce that Begyle Blonde will be part of the starting lineup at Wrigley Field! All through the 2019 season, you’ll be able to find 16oz. cans of our flagship blonde ale at the ballpark. Let’s get ready to fly the W!
