The 83,000 square foot, four-story, 112 room hotel will feature sophisticated guest rooms offering a combination of King and Queen suites and incorporating eclectic accents against modern lines balanced by thoughtful finishes. Leather details, black and white classic tiling and equestrian-related artwork are some of the details reflecting the theme. Hotel Katerina will offer signature Oxford amenities, including a lounge-focused lobby area, meeting and event spaces, indoor and outdoor common areas, pool, spa, rooftop bar, restaurant, and fitness center. The 112-room hotel will feature King and Queen suites with eclectic accents, black and white tiling, and equestrian artwork.
