We are looking for a front desk clerk at the Americas Best Value Inn motel. You must be friendly, courteous and respectful. Having excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a must. Job is part time 3 - 4 days a week and may turn into full time in the future. Work hours vary: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am.
What will you be doing most days?
- Assist guests in the check-in and check-out procedure, as well as, throughout the entirety of their stay
- Work on the hotel's electronic reservation system, as well as, other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow
- Handle all financial matters - including credit card and cash transactions - securely and accurately
- Cleaning the office and doing other chores

We are looking for a part time maintenance person who can help in repairs at our motel. Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning the parking lot
- Assisting housekeepers in cleaning rooms and taking out the trash
- Help unclogging drains and toilets
- Help painting and patching holes in walls
- Change towel racks or other accessories in the rooms

You must have basic hand tools like drill, impact, hammer, circular saw etc.

If you have experience in drywall, that will be a huge plus. Please stop by the motel Mon-Fri 10am-2pm and ask for Josephine.
