Getting ready for the rental season. Always trying to improve your stay. This fall and winter we completely replaced the 2 HVAC units, done some painting inside and upgraded the TVs. We have a few other projects to get to inside and out before the spring season starts 🌞

Believe it or not, Spring is on its way. Our home Almost Bayside has several weeks still open in the summer season, including Pony Penning week
Sunset Dreams has availability in June.
Both of the homes are available for weeks and weekend stays in the spring.
Almost Bayside has several upgrades including a now covered and screened rear deck.

To update everyone, we've downsized our vacation homes. Going forward we will only have Almost Bayside ( formerly Bayside II).
The new owners of Sunset Dreams and Sunset Dreams II ( now called Logan's Sunset) will be continuing to rent their homes for your vacations.
We will be keeping the website active and showing availability for Almost Bayside and Sunset Dreams.
The web camera, many of you have accessed in the past, will also continue the view of the dock and the bay from the deck of Sunset Dreams.
We hope to have the You Tube live camera up by the spring with a wider view of the bay.
