After spending plenty of time outside improving the motel and campground, we figured it was finally time to spend a little time *inside* the internet too.

Well... we had a surprise visitor today! 🐻 🏕

Looks like someone heard our campground is the place to be! 😄

Our furry guest stopped by to check out the scenery before wandering back into the woods. While we love sharing moments like these, please remember that wildlife is best admired from a safe distance. Never approach or feed wild animals—they're happiest when they stay wild.

🎉 I'M TURNING 60... AND I WANT TO CELEBRATE WITH ALL OF YOU! 🎉

Over the years, I've been lucky enough to meet so many incredible people who have become friends, regulars, and part of the Loopy's family. Turning 60 feels like a pretty good excuse to get everyone together for one unforgettable weekend, and I'd love to see you there.

🚣 Join me for a float down the Chippewa River! We leave at 11:00 AM, and all tubing proceeds will be donated to the Lori Kleich Foundation.

After we get off the river, we'll head back over to 1917 Lake Wissota, where Denny Menter will be playing live from 3:00-6:00 PM to wrap up the weekend.

Whether you've known me for decades or just met me this summer, I'd truly love for you to come celebrate with us. Stop by for a cold beer, some good food, live music, a river float, or all of the above. It wouldn't feel right celebrating this milestone without the people who have made the last 60 years so special.

I hope to see a lot of familiar faces—and maybe a few new ones, too.
