The Snow Geese are just about done with their migration, and yesterday we saw a couple sand cranes flying over the park! The rodeo season is up and coming. May 2nd the Choteau High School/ Junior High Rodeo is starting at 9 AM on Saturday just down the block from us. This is free to the public. We are open if you'd like to come on up to Choteau for the weekend and catch a fun rodeo!

We headed out to Freeze Out Lake this morning. It's so amazing to see the Snow Geese dancing overhead. We saw a few Swans and Eagles at the shoreline. Can't wait to go back!

Wow! 65,000 Snowgeese and a great number of swans counted today. We need to head to Freeze Out Lake armed with binoculars and cameras. Look up as you approach Freeze Out Lake, you may see the geese doing their dance across the sky.

The Snow Geese are arriving! We had a few Swans flying in formation over the campground. I'm really looking forward to getting down to Freezeout Lake!
