Welcome to our cozy BnB. We offer a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom guest house. Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed and walk-in closet. Our facilities include a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar to sit at for dining. We do keep the fridge stocked with breakfast items for you. The bathroom features a wal
k-in shower, as well as a washer and dryer. You. will be able to lounge in the living room and enjoy a large flat screen television and central AC. Outside on the front porch is a dining table and seating so that you can enjoy a meal or drink while looking out on some of the best scenery and wildlife that West Texas has to offer! You will be free to enjoy walking or biking around our 50 acre property at your leisure.

Nearby you will have access to Christoval and their lovely winery or San Angelo and all that a small city has to offer.

Please note that we are a non smoking facility. We are pet friendly, a small fee will be required and pets may not be left unsupervised.

We do offer WiFi, however because this is a remote location, connectivity can be spotty and is not guaranteed.

For outdoors enthusiasts, hunting packages are available. Please contact us for details.

We also require that a release of liability waiver be signed upon checking in.

The rate is $175 per night plus applicable state hotel occupancy tax.
