We truly want to thank everyone who has supported us over the years. We are thankful that we were able to sell the Inn and move on to our next chapter and grow our Mom and Pop coffee shop. We enjoyed every moment of it and cherish every relationship made. Cimarron is founded on Mom and Pop shops that make it a unique community to visit.

We want to thank everyone who over the years provided excellent reviews on our cleanliness and hospitality. We were recognized by Expedia and Booking as being an excellent and clean place to stay.

We know many of you by name when you walk through the doors. There is something to say about a business that is run through blood, sweat, and most importantly love.

We hope that you will continue to visit us at Hikers Coffee during your travels and continue to support Mom and Pop business when in Cimarron.

*** Update. We reached out to the new owners and they have now corrected the response.

This makes me really sad as it is false information. We have been nothing but nice and helpful during the transition but this is what we get from new ownership. Our pricing was always the same whether you booked through Booking.com, Expedia, etc. They have chosen to put a surcharge on the rates through third party and are taking advantage of this offering so called discounts if you book direct. Please do better!

Today was the end of a chapter as we officially sold the inn! We have appreciated getting to know and serve so many people and are thankful for all of the new friendships we made! We would not have made it through the last 4 years without all of you!

Owning the inn has been one of the most meaningful chapters of our lives. What started as a dream turned into years filled with laughter, late nights, early mornings, and countless memories we’ll always carry with us. From welcoming guests who quickly became friends, to sharing stories over coffee and watching so many special moments unfold within these walls. This place has truly been a part of our hearts!
With that said, the time has come for us to turn the page. This decision wasn’t easy, but we know it’s the right one for this season of life. We are so incredibly grateful to every guest, friend, and member of our community who supported us, stayed with us, and made this journey so special.
While our time as innkeepers is coming to an end, we are not going anywhere 🤍 We’re still here, still part of this amazing community, and we’re excited to continue serving you at Hikers Coffee Co. This isn’t goodbye, it’s just a new chapter, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead.
Thank you for being part of our story. We hope you’ll continue to support and be part of what comes next at the Cimarron Inn with TTM Hospitality. We’re excited to see what the future holds for the inn!! Great things to come!
