"New Sheets and Pillows for Every Guest"?...You bet!
EVERY GUEST - EVERY TIME.
While usually not a main focus of the or industry, maybe it should be. We at HomeLink Cincinnati Corporate Housing believe our guests deserve a clean, safe, comfortable living environment. That starts with clean. We fondly refer to the standards that we have set for our furnished apartments as "OCD CLEAN" and we take the challenge of achieving that very seriously.
.so while a major hospitality company announced that through their new bedding program "the company saw an opportunity to save money and become more environmentally friendly through the establishment of A LINEN REUSE PROGRAM.........resulting in higher revenue".* We say YUCK!

We applaud environmentally friendly initiatives, we even emulate many of the other quality standards this very successful company uses. But "clean" is not an area where we feel corners should ever be cut, even if it gives the accountants the warm fuzzies.
Cut out the chocolate on the pillow if you need a couple more pennies. Clean sheets is basic in the hospitality industry, not a luxury.

Our guests will sleep on new sheets and new pillows, that will never change. This also gives us a wonderful opportunity to make donations of high quality linens to those less fortunate.
Our cleaning crew takes a full eight hours to clean a unit between guests, not 30 minutes as is standard for hotel rooms.

We don't leave chocolate drops on our pillows, but we do promise that you will sleep between quality clean new sheets with your head on new pillows. That makes us rest better too!

No need to feel sad that summer is coming to an end because there are many ways to bring a little fall happiness into your for Fall! Bring a few seasonal changes into your rental space by furnishing with just a few fun autumn items. Its a great way to welcome the cooler weather and give an interior space a festive feel. Here are a few Autumn-inspired ideas that are simple and will help you get into the spirit of the season:

A Fall wreath - A Fall wreath made with twigs, berries, ribbon and small gourds can be a nice "Welcome Home" after a long day at work, adding a few cinnamon sticks will add to the festivity by bringing the fall aromas to the mix. Hung on the outside of your door, it's an easy first step and nice way to get you in the mood to furnish your apartment for the season.

Scented candles – Bringing the scents inside your apartment is inviting and by placing scented candles around the home they will add a lot to the feel. Cinnamon, pumpkin and apple scents are perfect for Fall. The candles will also cast a glow over your apartment, which will make it feel cozy on those chilly nights.

Tablecloth and centerpiece – Even if you don't spend a lot of time huddled around the dinner table you can add subtle seasonal style by draping material over the table in shades of brown, red or orange. For a vibrant touch, select tablecloths with leaf, gourd or acorn prints.
Get a pumpkin!- Even if you don't want to go through the mess of carving, a small pumpkin or two adds tremendously to the feel of harvest time! The cost is minimal and they last a very long time.

This is a fun to cook in, great apartment close to everything important in the city. 10 minutes from downtown, 5 to Rookwood, 7 minutes to HydePark square, 10 to Kenwood/Blueash, 20 to Mason, 3 blocks from Xavier University great fully for stays of 30 days or more.
