I would like to thank Ms. Katie for her help with my situation concerning my hotel booking. I am a Hilton honors member, and I appreciate being associated with a brand that understands what it means to care for their customers, not just count the monetary gains! Ms. Katie, I hope you have the best Christmas ever, may God bless you beyond measure! Hilton hired the right person in your position, that's why they are a 1st class hotel chain! This hotel has every amenity I enjoy in a hotel! I'm really upset that it was such a distance from my granddaughter's venue.
I have been a Hilton Diamond for 5 years and I am fiercely loyal to Hilton. I have, from time to time, left things behind in the room and it has always been easy to call the property and get the item(s) retrieved and shipped back to me. This past Thursday we stayed at the Homewood Suites Cincinnati Downtown. As we returned home, we realized we left a shirt and pair of pants in the closet. We called the front desk, probably before the room had even been cleaned and were told we had to go to a website called Ileftmystuff.com and report them and we would work through that website to get our stuff back. So we did. And we have not heard a word from them. This is not the way a Diamond should be treated. How difficult would it have been to have someone go to the room and retrieve the items. We would have gladly paid for the shipping. The staff at Homewood Suites downtown should be ashamed. I hope Hilton corporate will get involved and help us get our stuff back.
This location saved my love for Hilton. As an honors member, my last two experiences were meh... But my recent stay here was outstanding. The comfort, the customer service, the atmosphere, the rooms, etc.... I highly recommend this location. I will definitely stay here again!!! 🎖
Not happy to spend over $400 and not get heat when outside temp is 42...😡😡😡...... Temp range only set 74-76!!!!!!
