The Preservation of historic buildings significant to African American history is our primary focus. Our goal is to share the stories and history of iconic communities all over the country. I love this concept. Are you a hotel franchise? If so, where can I find out more? By the way, I live in Prince George's County, Maryland. I think this predominantly African American County with a median income of $79K and 200 millionaires as residents would be a great place for Sojourn Heritage Accommodations properties. There is a large property that has been dormant for a few years that I think would make a great B&B. There are new construction projects going on throughout the County that will require hotels for tourism. The Prince George's County EDC http://www.pgcedc.com/ headed by the "Chief Excitement Officer" James Coleman would love to hear from you and offer all the support possible to welcome a Sojourn Heritage Accommodations project or two to the County. By the way, we border Washington DC and are 50 minutes from Baltimore, MD. The EDC has incentive programs to bring new companies companies to Prince George's County, MD and help others relocate.
