The Outhouse Project- I stained the roof supports to match the exterior.

I painted the floor with Behr Almond Butter, second coated the bench in Valspar Hearts Afire.

After drying, I coated the bench and floor with Varathane Ultimate Polyurethane in clear gloss.

Tomorrow it’ll get a second coat of the gloss sealer, and accessories!

I think the other moose that I saw in the past couple of days was a different moose than this mama. She must’ve run pretty far after being chased by the dog. I’m so happy the moose calves have survived!! Happy day!

The Outhouse Project! Tuned up the salvage door and gave it a nice coat of primer and paint. Door color is Behr Almond Butter.
Drove to SBS in Soldotna and picked up the outhouse door trim. Got the trim primed and painted with Valspar Hearts Afire.
Waiting for caulk to dry and then the door jamb gets attention!

Mama Moose walked into our Bluff meadow this morning, and she had no babies with her.
It appears that her calves have both perished. 😭
