With the rise in taxes, water, sewage, etc., we are slightly raising our prices. New pricing for hotel rooms goes into effect today. Rooms are now $74.99 plus tax ($80.24).

We’ve been hard at work today. The fence is now down to make it easier to access the back yard. We also got work on the back steps and deck completed today!! It’s been a productive day for sure!! Thanks for all the help!! On a side note, the river is calling today!!

Can we say how excited we are today!!! 6 new sets of hybrid mattresses, foundations and bed frames arrived today!!! All of our rooms upstairs are now doubles with 2 queen beds in each. We have more arriving in a few weeks!!!

I just wanted to post some of the improvements that have happened the last few months. All of the rooms now have flat screen TV’s. All of the rooms, except for 3 rooms, now have the new vinyl flooring. We are continuing to work on the upgrades and will post pictures once we get all of the floors done.

We have started the process of switching to flat screen TV’s. We have 4 - 32 inch Zenith TV’s - $50 each.
