Welp. Tore off the deck off of the front of the motel house, the wood was way too far gone to try to save, the layout did not make much sense as there was not much space for anything, & it was just a nice habitat for the spiders apparently, no matter how much I sprayed.
THANKFULLY, THERE WAS CONCRETE STEPS UNDERNEATH ALL OF THAT, which is much easier to maintain, and I will be staining it to look like marble.
I have guests checking in for the weekend, I can’t have it looking the way it does so if you see me pressure washing in the rain, make sure to laugh at me please. There’s no dry time between now & when my guests check-in, I would much rather this weather versus a heat stroke, & I am most likely just going to get soaked anyways regardless.
ALSO:
I will have the PVC railing system by the side of the road for anyone that wants it!

Balloons in the Islands is coming to Coyote Moon Vineyards on Saturday, July 25th — and it is going to be one of the most magical evenings the Thousand Islands has ever seen. Moira’s wig wall in the Schitty Room all get a mircoban spray down & brushing after each guest. It’s always fun for me to open the door and see that they got worn. No judgement here, but I do know exactly which ones you try on (i put them up a certain way) 😝🤫😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰

Gotta brag on my friend Jaytona again. We have been planning a trip for him to come up here for awhile, and that time is upon us! He’s going to come up to paint and hang out and see what the Thousand Islands is like. I swear he’s going to be the next guy Harvey, and he is definitely well on his way. Everything he does is commission based, so if any businesses or people would like him to come and paint something for you, let me know! He has turned into such a gifted artist, he has come so far in his life I am very proud of him! Just look!
