LOCATION:
Suncadia is about an hour and a half from most locations around Seattle. It honestly feels like you’re in a different world - in all the best ways! We are in the new Cascade Reach townhomes that overlook the lake and are next to the swim center. We are directly across the street from the Inn. Note that the townhomes are still under construction. Workers are respectful but the area adjacent to our home has construction materials and active work going on. Landscaping will not be complete until spring. And Cle Elum is 7 minutes away - with a Safeway, lots of restaurants and dive bars and other shops. AMENITIES:
With private rentals we can not unfortunately grant access to the pool or gyms unless you’re with us (eventually when we rent through Suncadia all of that will be available). But there is still so much to do at the Resort in all seasons. Some things are free while others have charges attached. And there are plenty of restaurants and bars, bike trails, etc! COST:
Weekday cost = $125/night plus cleaning fee ($30/hour, estimate 4 hours but we will have yiu pay the house cleaner direct)
Weekend cost = $150/night plus cleaning fee)
Let’s talk about let’s. Obviously we have a dog so we love our four legged friends! We hope you’ll love it like we’ve come to and respect as if it’s your own. That also included respecting our neighbors. Our brother and sister in law are on one side but there are permanent residents all around. So no crazy parties please :-)
That also means leaving our home in great shape and letting us know if anything is broken or doesn’t work. Please keep in mind that we aren’t landlords though. We’ll do our absolute best to help if anything goes wrong but hopefully that won’t be the case.
