Salty Days is a short 20 mins from white sand beaches.

🏠Easy Days is a fully furnished Tiny Home (1 bedroom (king bed), 1 bath, sleeps 2) offers everything you will need to enjoy Easy Days relaxing or living it up. This beautiful and challenging 18 hole golf course community will keep you on your toes. There are 3 pools with hot tubs at each location. Along with that the community offers a billiard room, woodshop during the winter months, fire pits, corn hole boards and much more.

🏠 Salty Days is a 2 bedrooms 2 full bath home located in a resort style community. 4 pools with hot tubs, billiard room, pickleball, tennis and much more. Located just 20 mins to Bonita beach, Salty Days is also close to Ft Myers for a great night on the town.

-Our Tiny Homes can also be used for traveling nurses, doctors and professionals that need a short term lease contract.
Minimum stay 30 days.

1-2 month rental: $2,900 per month
3-4 month rental: $2,750 per month.
5-6 month rental: $2,500 per month.

May 1st to Oct 31st
$1800 per month


Golf cart rental: $350 per month

Reservation/Security Deposit: $1,000
100% refundable if canceled 90 days prior to arrival date.
50% refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival date.
NO REFUND if canceled in the last 59 days prior to arrival date.

Rent includes: WiFi, cable and water.
Tenants pay their own electric after a $100 allowance.
