Best place to stay!

Look no further; your search is over. We stayed in this large, immaculate house for nearly two weeks. The owners are gracious and exceptionally easy to work with, and Denis, the local manager, is pleasant and responsive. The pool area is spacious and well-designed, and we enjoyed relaxing there during our stay. The home is a reasonable distance from the Disney attractions, and close to retail places such as Publix. If you need a break from theme parks, hike around Lake Louisa Park, and make sure you visit the the Showcase of Citrus to experience the "old" Florida. Don't pass this one up!

This place was amazing. It was very clean and very roomy and it was just as described. I really appreciate that the bedroom in the back Have a bathroom right across from it with a pocket door blocking them from the living Room. My mother had privacy and she really had a good experience. We didn't use the pool although it looked very inviting but it was a little too cold. The master bedroom was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this home and I am going to recommend anybody that wants to use home away to try to use this particular home. It is very convenient to the magic Kingdom. My suggestion is go South on 27 and when you loop on to hwy 192 go ahead and take toll road 429 North and get off at Western way. That will take you right into the back entrance of Disney.

A wonderful holiday in a excellent villa

We stayed in this villa 12th Oct 2017 to 26th Oct 2017. It is lovely villa in a great location. The layout is perfect for families with lots of space for everyone. The pool area is ideal being south facing so sunny all day and lots of seating room. The villa is clean and has everything you may need. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We would also recommend a visit to lake Louisa state park for a change of pace only a few miles up the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Fantastic holiday, beautiful clean well appointed villa, highly recommended

My first impression on entering the Villa was how clean and fresh it was. As we explored the more delighted and impressed I was at the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the villa, I knew I was going to be happy staying at the villa.

We had a brilliant holiday, the villa had absolutely everything we needed. I loved the laundry machines and as such retuned home with no washing to do. The pool is perfectly situated and can offer a degree of privacy as the villa is slightly higher than naibouring villas, so enjoyed a few rest days by the pool.

South facing pool was welcome bonus after long days in parks, to cool off and enjoy swim and cool drinks. Supermarkets, Restaurants and pharmacy ( should you need it) within minutes drive. Our particular favourite was breakfast at the Waffle House on the 27 which set us up for our long days at the parks.

There was nothing needs improving, everything was perfect for our stay, although our youngest daughter was too hot during the first few nights but a quick phone call, and Dennis came by the villa with a few new fans the same day for our needs - thanks Dennis.

Sad to leave, had best holiday ever. Thank you to the Johnstone family for letting us stay in your lovely home, and hope to return again soon!

My family and I spent 10 nights in this house and had a wonderful time. Everything really was perfect. The owner, Roy, was great to deal with. We had several message conversations prior to the trip. He really wanted everything to be perfect for my family. And it was! The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities from home. The house paid for itself by what we saved by not going out to eat for every single meal. The pool was so refreshing after long days at the parks.The house is 15 maybe 20 minutes from Disney. If your looking to stay in the Disney area, this is the place to stay.
