Your clients are trusting you to help them make a big decision. So before recommending a builder, don’t be afraid to ask the questions that matter.

How many homes have you delivered?
What’s your Quality?
What’s your typical walkthrough with a buyer? Number of punch items?
What about their delivery dates?
Do they force you to close when the home isn’t ready?
Do they have a history of extending contracts?

A confident builder should be able to clearly explain their process, pricing, quality standards, and what happens after closing.
