Josephine previously worked with us several years ago, and we are thrilled to welcome her back. With a strong corporate background and a passion for accountability, organization, and compliance, she will be overseeing our Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, and overall financial operations.

We still have a little bit of furniture to sell and we got one more new load of about 100 folding chairs.

Our sale will be on Tuesday, June 9 from 11 AM until 2 PM. We shall also be selling on Thursday, June 11 from 11 AM until 2 PM.

These will be the last two days for a little while.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

Qualifications:
✅ Experience with QuickBooks
✅ Knowledge of ADP Payroll
✅ Strong organizational and administrative skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
✅ Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:
• Assist the CFO with daily administrative and financial tasks
• Support payroll processing and employee record management
• Maintain financial records and reports
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Schedule meetings and manage correspondence
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
