Green Acres Va Camping We are a campground on the banks of the Cowpasture River in Beautiful Alleghany County, Virginia. Come camp on the peaceful banks of the Cowpasture river.

This is a great place to come to get away from the noise and just relax. Easy river access for Swimming, Fishing(valid Virginia Permit required), kayaking, canoeing, tubing, etc. The river depth along the property ranges from a few inches to 6ft. Most sites offer partial shade. We offer 8 sites. All can accommodate tents and 6 of them can accommodate RV's/Travel Trailer's up to 45ft depending on t
