Fall’s quiet side at Hidden Oasis. 🍂

A great blue heron working the shallows of the cove one evening a couple of Septembers back, with the first turned leaves floating at the edges. Herons are regulars on the cove, and they don’t seem to mind the company.

Two years ago today, the fog settled into the woods so thick you could barely make out the rig parked right there. 🌫️

Red, orange, and a little green still hanging on, right over one of the sites at Hidden Oasis. A guest caught this one a couple of falls back, and it's still one of our favorite reminders of what October looks like out here.
